STEAM BATH

The beneficial effects are based on heat trasmission and essentially work by inducing perspiration. Unlike the sauna which is set at temperatures of between 65°C and 85°C with a humidity level of 40% the steam bath is at a gentle temperature of around 40°C to 45°C and a high humidity level(90%),and helps the respiratory apparatus while acting to relieve pressure and circulator problems.

After a fantastic hydro-massage we suggest you lie down for about 10 minutes, wrapped in a bathrobe, so that your blood pressure, which is affected by heat and the massage, can return to normality.
